You will lead a team, coach staff, and collaborate across departments to maintain high standards, drive performance, and ensure guest satisfaction in a vibrant hospitality destination.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hospitality experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Experience in beach club, lifestyle hospitality, food & beverage, or guest experience operations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and guest engagement skills.
• Hands-on, adaptable, and comfortable leading teams in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

We are looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, uphold high standards of service, and lead the restaurant team in creating memorable guest experiences. This is a hands‑on floor leadership role — balancing service excellence, financial discipline and team development, day in and day out.

What You'll Do

• Lead, coach, and develop the team to deliver consistent service, operational excellence, and a strong guest‑focused culture

What You Bring
