Job summary

PT.Kencana Garment Indonesia is seeking a Staff Finance & Purchasing Non-Production to manage financial recording, expense control, and non-production procurement for our garment factory. The role requires close collaboration with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely payments and accurate records.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in Finance or Purchasing, strong Excel skills, and a solid understanding of Indonesian tax documentation.

Qualifications

Minimum D3 education in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
At least 2 years of experience in Finance or Purchasing.
Strong Excel and financial administration skills.
Understanding of purchasing processes, price negotiation, and supplier management.
Knowledge of Indonesian tax documentation preferred.

Responsibilities

Record financial inflows and outflows for the company.
Examine cost submission documents, reimbursements, and payment requests.
Manage petty cash and bank payment administration.
Archive invoices, receipts, and other financial documents.
Assist with monthly reconciliation, cost recapitulation, and financial report preparation.
Request and compare supplier quotes; negotiate prices.
Monitor orders, delivery schedules, and quality of goods.
Maintain supplier data and purchase documentation.
Ensure purchased goods are received on time and per order specifications.
