Responsibilities include handling customer returns and resale transactions, supporting payment operations and banking activities, and preparing daily financial reports and reconciliations to maintain cash flow and compliance with internal policies.

Responsibilities

• Manage and verify operational and procurement documents, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and proper recording of transactions to support store operations and maintain financial control.
• Handle customer return and resale transactions, including document verification, transaction processing, daily reconciliation, and communication with relevant stakeholders regarding transaction status and issues.
• Support store payment operations and banking activities, including payment processing, monitoring electronic payment systems, handling transaction issues, maintaining bank account administration, and coordinating with related departments.
• Prepare daily financial reports and reconciliations, including accounts receivable monitoring, cash flow reporting, balance tracking, and fund transfer activities between operational accounts.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve transaction-related issues, improve operational efficiency, and ensure compliance with company procedures, quality standards, and applicable policies.
