Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in finance
• Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Proficient in speaking, listening, reading, and writing in Chinese, Indonesian, and English
• Strong communication skills, good mental resilience, and a team-oriented spirit

Responsibilities

• Collecting and reviewing purchase order information
• Comparing prices and reviewing payments for non-production purchases
• Initial review of contracts, coordinating revisions, following up on approvals, and managing contract registration
• Monitoring the scrap material disposal process
• Tracking engineering project drawings, quotes, contracts, and project progress
• Providing full support for meetings
• Assisting in streamlining internal company processes
• Completing other tasks assigned by superiors
