Job summary

PT Sumber Petrindo Perkasa is seeking a Finance & Accounting Staff on a contract basis based in South Jakarta. The role focuses on ensuring accurate financial records and supporting the finance function across the organisation.

You will process transactions, maintain ledgers, reconcile statements, and assist with periodic reporting. Strong Excel skills and familiarity with IFRS/GAAP are desirable for ensuring compliance and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• Qualification in Accounting/Finance or related discipline; IFRS knowledge desirable.
• Proven experience in financial accounting and reporting in commercial/industrial settings.
• Strong proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process financial transactions including invoices, expense reports, and payment vouchers.
• Record financial data in accounting systems and maintain ledgers and journals.
• Reconcile bank statements, accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Assist with monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting.
• Support audit processes with organized documentation.
• Maintain compliance with accounting policies and procedures.
• Perform general bookkeeping and administrative tasks related to financial operations.
• Provide ad hoc reporting and analysis to finance team.
