Job summary

PT. ACOOLER COLD CHAIN EQUIPMENT in Jakarta is seeking an entry to mid-level accountant to manage day-to-day financial transactions, ensure accuracy of records, and support monthly close.

The role covers accounts payable and receivable, general ledger entries, reconciliations, payroll support, budgeting assistance, and cross-department collaboration to maintain audit trails and compliance with GAAP and Indonesian SAK standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in accounting or finance roles, preferably in manufacturing or logistics.
• Solid understanding of GAAP and Indonesian accounting standards (SAK).
• Excellent numerical and analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team.

Responsibilities

• Recording and reconciling financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries
• Preparing and reviewing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards
• Conducting bank reconciliations and investigating discrepancies to ensure accuracy of cash records
• Supporting the preparation of budgets and forecasts, and analysing variances against actual results
• Maintaining detailed financial records and documentation to ensure audit trail compliance
• Processing payroll and ensuring accurate calculation of employee compensation and statutory deductions
• Assisting with tax compliance and preparation of tax-related documentation
• Supporting internal and external audit activities by providing required documentation and explanations
• Identifying process improvements and implementing efficiency measures within the finance function
• Collaborating with other departments to resolve financial queries and discrepancies

What we're looking for
