PT Trust Recruit Indonesia is seeking an Finance Accounting Supervisor for our manufacturing client in Medan. The role focuses on overseeing accounts payable, validating invoices, and ensuring timely payments while maintaining strong vendor relationships.

You will manage payment schedules, reconcile statements, and prepare weekly cash flow reports for management review. English proficiency is required, and experience in ERP systems is preferred for efficient operations.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience in finance and accounting, particularly in accounts payable (AP), invoice processing, and payment management.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, invoice verification, purchase order matching, and vendor reconciliation.
• Experience preparing payment schedules, monitoring cash flow requirements, and managing accounts payable aging.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software or ERP systems.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills, particularly in handling vendor inquiries and resolving payment discrepancies.
• Manufacturing industry experience is preferred.
• Must able to speak in English.

Responsabilidades

• Review and verify incoming vendor invoices for accuracy, completeness, and proper authorization before processing.
• Ensure invoices are matched with purchase orders and supporting documents to prevent errors and discrepancies.
• Prepare and maintain a weekly payment plan in line with vendor payment terms and company cash flow requirements.
• Process scheduled weekly payments accurately and efficiently, including bank transfers, electronic payments, and cheque payments.
• Communicate professionally with vendors regarding invoice status, payment schedules, and payment-related inquiries.
• Monitor accounts payable aging and follow up on outstanding or overdue payments.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Prepare weekly reports on invoice status, payment plans, and cash requirements for management review.
