Job summary

PT. Era Blu Elektronik in Indonesia seeks an experienced Accounts Payable Lead to manage end-to-end AP for trade and consignment, from invoice receipt to payment.

You will ensure 3-way match accuracy, handle vendor reconciliations, supervise an AP team, and support monthly closings while coordinating with procurement, warehouse, and stores.

Requirements include a Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance, 3-5 years in AP with leadership, strong Excel and SAP experience, and fluency in English.

Responsibilities

Job description

Lead end-to-end Accounts Payable Trade & Consignment processes from invoice receipt to payment completion.

Ensure document accuracy through 3-way matching (PO, GR/DO, Invoice) and vendor reconciliation.

Manage supplier payments, invoice dispute resolution, and AP aging monitoring.

Reconcile consignment sales and ensure accurate revenue recording.

Coordinate with Procurement, Warehouse, Store Operations, and suppliers regarding billing processes.

Prepare AP reports, support monthly closing, and supervise the AP team to improve workflow efficiency.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Accounts Payable Trade & Consignment, including team leadership experience.

Strong understanding of 3-way match, GR/IR, consignment processes, and retail operations.

Proficient in Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS) and familiar with ERP systems such as SAP.

Able to communicate in English verbally and in writing.

Detail-oriented, analytical, communicative, and able to work well in a fast-paced environment.
