Job summary

PT Maja Estetika Sejahtera is seeking a Finance & Accounting professional to manage daily financial operations, ensuring accurate AP/AR/GL processing and timely financial statements. The role also covers cash flow management, bank reconciliations, and tax compliance (PPh 21/23, VAT/PPN).

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in Finance & Accounting (beauty/healthcare/FMCG a plus).
• Strong understanding of Indonesian taxation (PPh and VAT/PPN).
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• High attention to detail, well-organized and accurate.
• Good communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.

Handle company taxation matters (PPh 21, PPh 23, VAT/PPN), including calculation, payment, and reporting in compliance with regulations.

Manage billing processes, invoicing, and payments to vendors and collections from customers.

Analyze and monitor operational costs.

Prepare financial data and supporting documents for internal and external audits.

Qualifications:

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Finance & Accounting (experience in the beauty, healthcare, or FMCG industry is a plus).
