Job summary

ANTARESTAR in Bekasi, Indonesia seeks an experienced finance professional to supervise daily accounting, prepare financial statements, and oversee AR/AP and cash flow activities. The ideal candidate will ensure tax compliance, manage budgets, and coordinate audits.

The role requires 2–3 years in finance, a relevant degree, and strong knowledge of PSAK/GAAP, with proficiency in accounting software and Excel. Leadership skills and discretion are essential for timely reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance required.
• 2–3 years of experience in finance and accounting.
• Experience leading a team is a plus.
• Solid understanding of Indonesian GAAP/PSAK, taxation, and financial reporting.
• Proficient in accounting software (Accurate, MYOB, SAP) and advanced MS Excel.
• Detail-oriented with high integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality.

• Able to work under tight reporting deadlines.

Job description

• Supervise the daily recording of financial transactions (journal entries, general ledger, bank reconciliation).
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports (profit & loss, balance sheet, cash flow).
• Oversee the accounts receivable (AR), accounts payable (AP), and company cash flow processes.
• Ensure tax compliance (income tax, VAT) and coordinate tax reporting with relevant parties.
• Conduct budget control and variance analysis between actuals and plan.
• Coordinate internal and external audit processes and prepare supporting documents.
• Develop and ensure the effective implementation of finance & accounting SOPs.
• Lead, direct, and evaluate the performance of finance & accounting staff.

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance Management.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in finance & accounting.
• Prior experience leading a team is a plus.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles (Indonesian GAAP/PSAK), taxation, and financial reporting.
• Familiar with accounting software (Accurate, MYOB, SAP, or similar) and advanced Ms. Excel.
