PT Expat Roasters Indonesia in Bali seeks a senior Finance Manager to oversee accounting, reporting, budgeting, and internal controls. You will drive timely closings, manage cash flow forecasting, and coordinate with department heads to optimize financial performance.
You will ensure Indonesian tax compliance, liaise with auditors, and implement cost-efficiency initiatives across the organization. Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration are essential.
Prepare and deliver accurate P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow reports no later than the 20th of each month.
Ensure all financial reports are reconciled and free of material errors before submission to management.
Manage timely monthly and annual book-closing processes.
Budgeting & Forecasting
Prepare the annual budget and monthly cash flow forecasts together with respective department heads.
Monitor budget realization against targets and proactively report variances.
Cash Flow & Financing Support
Support preparation of financing/credit pitch materials including DSCR projections.
Monitor accounts receivable (AR) aging and coordinate with Sales to accelerate collections from wholesale and licensing partners.
Manage accounts payable and ensure alignment with cash flow strategy.
Compliance & Internal Controls
Ensure tax compliance, statutory reporting, and internal controls in line with applicable Indonesian regulations.
Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and legal counsel on financial matters.
Actively collaborate with other departments to resolve cross-departmental financial issues.
Proactively, clearly, and promptly communicate financial conditions to supervisors, colleagues, and external parties (suppliers, partners).
Identify and drive cost-efficiency initiatives across departments, working together with each HOD.
Job Requirements
Minimum Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance; professional certification (Brevet Pajak, CPA/CA) an advantage.
Minimum 7 years of accounting/finance experience; multi-entity and F&B/retail experience an advantage.
Proficient in accounting software (Accurate Online) and advanced Excel.
Strong working knowledge of Indonesian tax and financial reporting regulations.
Accurate and detail-oriented, with high reporting quality standards.
Clear, proactive communicator, both internally and externally.
Able to collaborate cross-functionally to resolve shared problems, rather than avoiding them.
