Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in Finance & Accounting (beauty/healthcare/FMCG a plus).
• Strong understanding of Indonesian taxation (PPh and VAT/PPN).
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• High attention to detail, well-organized and accurate.
• Good communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily financial transactions (AP, AR, GL) accurately and timely.
• Prepare monthly and annual financial statements.
• Monitor and control cash flow, petty cash, and bank reconciliations.
• Handle taxation matters (PPh 21, PPh 23, VAT/PPN), including calculation, payment, and reporting.
• Manage billing, invoicing, and payments to vendors; collections from customers.
• Analyze and monitor operational costs.
• Prepare data and supporting documents for internal and external audits.
