Job description

• Lead and manage the overall Finance & Accounting function, ensuring accurate and timely financial operations across the organization.
• Oversee end-to-end accounting processes, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), bank reconciliation, and month-end/year-end closing.
• Prepare and review financial statements, management reports, cash flow reports, and financial analysis for management and stakeholders.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and variance analysis to support business decision-making.
• Monitor company cash flow, working capital, and liquidity to ensure healthy financial operations.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and corporate governance requirements.
• Coordinate and manage tax-related activities, including monthly and annual tax reporting, audits, and liaison with external tax consultants.
• Manage relationships with banks, auditors, tax consultants, and other external stakeholders.
• Develop and improve financial controls, accounting procedures, and operational processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Support contract review, project financial monitoring, revenue recognition, and profitability analysis, particularly for consulting and project-based engagements.
• Lead, coach, and develop the Finance & Accounting team to ensure high performance and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with business leaders and cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and strategic recommendations.
