Job description

• Lead and manage the overall accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliation.
• Ensure timely and accurate preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Oversee closing process and ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards (PSAK/IFRS).
• Manage tax reporting and ensure compliance with local tax regulations.
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies.
• Develop and improve internal controls, accounting policies, and financial procedures.
• Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and financial forecasting activities.
• Review journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reports prepared by the team.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the accounting team to ensure high performance and accuracy.
• Support management with financial analysis and strategic decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (Master’s degree is a plus).
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards (PSAK/IFRS) and financial reporting.
• Solid understanding of taxation and regulatory compliance.
• Experience handling audits (internal and external).
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Experience using accounting software or ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Accurate, or similar).
• Good leadership and team management skills.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
