Job summary

PT DOHOZZ TEKNOLOGI INDONESIA is seeking a Senior Accountant to manage full-cycle accounting, tax compliance, and financial reporting. You will handle daily financial operations, ensure accuracy of financial data, and coordinate with auditors and tax authorities.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting with at least 5 years of accounting experience, proficiency in Excel, and strong analytical skills. This is a full-time position based in Indonesia.

Job description

This is a full-cycle accounting and finance role responsible for managing daily financial operations, tax compliance, and financial reporting for the organization.

Key responsibilities

Handle daily financial accounting processes, review expense reimbursement and payment documents, ensure all invoices and documents are authentic, compliant and complete, and guarantee consistency between vouchers and accounts

Manage and reconcile company accounts receivable and accounts payable regularly, follow up on outstanding funds, complete reconciliation and write-off procedures, and control fund transaction risks

Complete monthly, quarterly and year-end closing procedures on schedule, accurately prepare financial statements including balance sheets, income statements and cash flow statements to ensure the authenticity and accuracy of financial data

Take charge of full-cycle tax compliance work, including declaration and payment of various taxes, tax ledger maintenance, invoice application, issuance, verification and deduction, and handle daily tax affairs independently in accordance with local regulations

Conduct expense and cost accounting and data statistics, sort out financial data, and provide operational data analysis and revenue & expenditure summary for the management team

Organize, file and manage financial vouchers, contracts, statements, invoices and other financial documents to maintain a standardized financial filing system

Coordinate and provide relevant documents and data for external inspections, annual audits and routine examinations by banks, tax authorities and other relevant institutions

Assist in preparing company fund plans and annual budgets, reconcile daily bank and book cash flows, and complete other financial tasks assigned by the department

About you

Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Financial Management or related majors

5 years of practical accounting and financial working experience, familiar with full-set accounting processes for general taxpayers

Proficient in relevant national accounting standards and local tax policies, capable of independently completing full-cycle financial work including bookkeeping, invoicing, tax declaration and financial statement preparation

Skilled in using mainstream financial software and Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, functions and other data analysis tools) to efficiently complete data statistics and financial report production

Professional ethics with rigorous working attitude, strong sense of responsibility, high sensitivity to numbers, good stress resistance, and strictly abide by financial confidentiality rules

Clear logical thinking, excellent execution and communication skills, able to cooperate with the team to complete all financial work efficiently
