Job summary

Catalyst is seeking a Finance & Accounting Manager who is strong in fundamentals and passionate about improving processes, systems, and ways of working. As Finance & Accounting Manager, you will oversee the Finance & Accounting function while playing an important role in improving the efficiency, accuracy, and scalability of our financial processes.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams and the technology team to implement practical solutions that support business growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Finance & Accounting with supervisory or managerial experience.
• Hands-on accounting experience in journal entries, reconciliations, month-end closing, and reporting.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, PSAK, and tax regulations.
• Proven experience in process improvement, standardization, automation, or financial transformation.
• Strong ERP systems knowledge and ability to translate finance requirements into system improvements.
• Experience managing Finance & Accounting across multiple entities or business units.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong leadership, ownership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with ongoing process improvements.
• Experience in retail, e-commerce, technology or high-volume environments; Big4 a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and develop the Finance & Accounting team to ensure effective and efficient daily operations.
• Manage and control Finance & Accounting activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, financial reporting, and month-end closing.
• Review financial statements to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations.
• Prepare financial reports and analyses to support management in informed decisions.
• Manage relationships with banks, auditors, and other external parties.
• Identify manual or inefficient processes and take initiatives to simplify, standardize, and improve them across entities.
• Work with internal teams and Technology/Development teams to improve ERP processes and financial workflows.
• Translate Finance needs into system improvements and implement with relevant teams.
• Establish and improve financial controls and processes to support growth and higher volumes.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.

Requirement
