Job summary

PT YICHAO TEXTILE INDONESIA is seeking an experienced accounting leader to oversee end-to-end accounting operations, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting across the organization.

You will lead monthly, quarterly, and annual closes, manage audits and regulatory filings, and mentor a high-performing team while collaborating with production, IT, and sales to drive process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end accounting operations, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of financial reporting.
• Lead the preparation and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual management accounts with in-depth analysis and insights for decision-making.
• Manage and coordinate external audit, tax compliance, and regulatory reporting processes, ensuring timely and accurate submission.
• Supervise and review journal entries, general ledger activities, and account reconciliations.
• Ensure proper implementation and maintenance of accounting policies, and compliance with applicable standards.
• Monitor financial performance, identify variances, and provide recommendations to improve financial outcomes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g. production, IT, sales) to support business objectives and process improvements.
• Mentor and guide team members, ensuring capability development and high performance within the team.
