Job summary

IDS Medical Systems Group is seeking a Finance Leader to develop financial strategy, annual operating plans, and budgets aligned with the organization’s long-term goals.

You will drive performance through KPIs and financial results, oversee accounting, treasury, tax, audit, and internal controls, and lead planning, risk management, and M&A activities while coordinating with external advisors.

• Drive and monitor financial performance through KPIs, performance reviews, and financial results.
• Oversee financial and management accounting.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Manage tax, audit, and internal controls.
• Lead financial planning and risk management.
• Drive cost analysis and financial performance management.
• Lead financial due diligence and M&A activities.
• Manage cross-functional financial initiatives and external advisors.
• Oversee financial operations, including AR, AP, disbursements, collections, and cash transactions.
• Manage cost accounting, inventory accounting, and stocktaking activities.
• Manage cash flow, banking relationships, borrowing arrangements, and financing requirements.
• Oversee fixed asset management, accounting, and physical verification.
• Manage GST and tax reporting, filings, and compliance.
