Job summary

ISMAYA GROUP is seeking an on-site Training & Development Specialist to deliver comprehensive programs across multiple locations in Indonesia. The role requires traveling to client sites, assessing needs, and crafting engaging training materials to boost performance.

You will collaborate with the L&D team, train the Trainers, and ensure content stays current with industry standards while tracking participant progress and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, HR, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in training and development, preferably in F&B industry on-site.
• Ability to travel frequently to various locations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct end to end training programs as directed by superiors.
• Work with Training Lead and L&D Team to align timelines.
• Collaborate with Learning Content Specialist and department heads to determine training priorities and objectives.
• Ensure training content is relevant, engaging, and up-to-date.
• Travel to various sites to conduct on-site training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
• Utilize instructional techniques such as hands-on training, simulations, role-playing, and group discussions.
• Engage and motivate participants to ensure a positive learning experience.
• Collect and analyze feedback from participants to improve programs.
• Provide on-site coaching and support to reinforce training.
• Address training-related issues promptly and effectively.
• Maintain records of training activities, participant progress, and certifications.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Stay current with trends and best practices in training and development.
• Create and collect reports from each training and analyze with L&D Content Specialist.
• Create regular reports to Training Manager.
• Conduct Train the Trainer for Learning Agents
