Job summary

RedDoorz is seeking a dedicated Training Support for the Core Business team, focusing on Business Development to boost sales skills, productivity, and business performance.

You will run end-to-end BD training, including onboarding, refresher courses, and skill-up sessions, assess competencies, and collaborate with People Development to refresh modules. This role is WFO in Jakarta and will be assigned across Indonesia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in a related field.
• Strong interest in Sales or Learning & Development.
• Willing to work WFO in Jakarta and travel across Indonesia.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver end-to-end training programs for Business Development.
• Lead onboarding, refreshers, and upskilling sessions.

Job description

Support learning programs for the Core Business (especially Business Development) team to improve sales skills competence, productivity, and business performance through program planning and implementation.

Responsibilities:

• Focus on training the Supply team, specifically the Business Development (BD) department, by conducting end-to-end training programs for BDs, including the complete onboarding, refresher and upskilling.
• Facilitate comprehensive sales-related training sessions and lead practical role-play exercises.
• Assess and evaluate the professional competencies and skill levels of the Business Development team.
• Collaborate with the People Development team to enhance existing training modules and create new instructional content.
• Monitor and manage the probation period for Business Development staff, including overseeing On-the-Job Training (OJT) initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree on related major
• Possess a strong interest in Sales or Business Training, Learning & Development.
• Strong interest in the sales, hospitality, and business development industries.
• Self-starter, proactive, and have high initiative in completing tasks.
• Capable of managing administrative work neatly and meticulously.
• Proficient in using Google Workspace (Google Sheets, Docs, etc.).
• Able to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic work environment.
• Willing to work WFO (Work From Office) in Jakarta and be assigned across Indonesia for field training.
