Job summary

• Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
• Assist in establishing the training system for the business department.

Responsibilities

• 1. According to the company's human resources management system and the business needs and management requirements of the business department and department, manage all kinds of training and employee development plans. Carry out all kinds of training and development work to improve the knowledge and skills that are extremely important to employees;
• 2. Responsible for supervising, executing, and reporting the operation of the training system of the business department;
• 3. Responsible for assisting the investigation department with the annual training needs, formulating and following up on the annual training plan and budget plan according to the needs;
