Job summary

PT Adicipta Inovasi Teknologi is seeking a Training Architect to design and deliver software engineer training programs. You will craft roadmaps, build syllabi, and create assessments aligned with business goals, while ensuring stakeholder satisfaction.

Applicants should hold a CS/SE/IS degree with 3–5 years of training experience, and bring solid knowledge of adult learning principles and curriculum design to our team in Jakarta Selatan.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years in the relevant domain with demonstrated training or mentoring experience.
• Strong command of the development chapter's technical subject matter.
• Knowledge in adult learning and training design principles.
• Skills in facilitation, presentation, and curriculum development.
• Able to assess learning outcomes and iterating on materials.
• Training or instructional-design certification is an advantage.
