PT SLS Bearindo is seeking a hands-on Technician to support customers with technical service, inspections, and engineering solutions. This full-time role blends independent work with collaboration across sales and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

You will perform technical service activities, provide after-sales support, and deliver training and presentations while maintaining strong relationships with end users and partners.

Qualifications

• STM/SMK vocational graduate in mechanical or electrical fields.
• Minimum 2 years of technical field experience.
• Proactive, solution-oriented engineering mindset.
• Good communication and teamwork.
• Valid SIM A (driving license).
• English proficiency is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Perform technical service activities.
• Provide after-sales support and troubleshooting for customers.
• Offer technical advice and application guidance for products and solutions.
• Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance when required.
• Prepare detailed technical reports and documentation.
• Deliver technical training or product presentations to customers.
