Job summary

PT Arthamas Petra Gemilang in Indonesia seeks a capable engineer to provide technical support on lubricant selection and usage. You will assess lubrication needs based on machines, operating conditions, loads, and environment, and perform field inspections of lubrication systems.

You will conduct oil analysis, troubleshoot technical problems, prepare inspection and analysis reports, and coordinate with the sales team to deliver solutions that improve customer satisfaction and asset reliability.

Qualifications

Minimum S1 degree in Engineering.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel).
Willingness to learn and good communication skills.
Physically and mentally healthy.
Disciplined, thorough, honest, and responsible.
Willing to conduct visits to ships and power plants throughout Indonesia.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support to customers regarding lubricant selection and use.
Analyze lubrication requirements based on machine type, operating conditions, workload, and work environment.
Conduct inspections and monitoring of lubricant conditions and lubrication systems in the field.
Perform oil analysis to determine lubricant condition and detect abnormalities.
Handle technical problems arising from external and internal factors in machinery.
Prepare technical reports on inspection results, oil analysis, and improvement recommendations.
Coordinate with the sales team to provide technical solutions supporting customer needs.
