Job summary

PT Sartotech Indonesia is seeking a qualified Service Engineer to install, commission, inspect, and maintain equipment at customer sites across Indonesia. The role requires strong troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and timely technical support to ensure equipment reliability.

You will travel to client locations for installation, maintenance, and commissioning, prepare detailed service reports, and communicate with customers, suppliers, and international principals in English.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Instrumentation, or related).
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Service Engineer or similar role.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
• Ability to read technical drawings, manuals, and documentation.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Service Engineer, Field Service Engineer, Maintenance Engineer, or in a similar technical role.

Strong technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills.

Able to read and understand technical drawings, manuals, and documentation.

Good understanding of mechanical, electrical, and/or instrumentation systems.

Fluent in English, both written and spoken, is mandatory. Candidates must be confident communicating with customers, suppliers, and international principals in English.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Willing to travel to customer sites and work outside the office when required.

Strong problem-solving skills, responsible, proactive, and customer-oriented.

Having a valid driving license is an advantage
