Job summary

PT Trakindo Utama is seeking a service technician to guide junior staff and support maintenance projects in a fast-paced environment. You will complete, verify, and submit service documents to ensure accurate records and proper service processing.

Responsibilities include contamination control, safety activities, waste identification, and execution of mechanical processes per manuals to ensure quality and compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum SMK in Electrical/ Heavy Equipment/ Mechanical/ Technical major.

Responsibilities

• Guide lower level staff as part of development.
• Complete, verify, and submit service administration and technical or technology job documents to ensure accurate records and proper service processing.
• Perform contamination control and safety activities for technical job processes to ensure safe, clean, and compliant service execution.
• Identify waste and participate in continuous improvement to improve safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Execute mechanical job processes (DA, RI, PM, Recondition, and Technical Analysis 1) in accordance with manuals to ensure quality.
• Ensure implementation of corporate standard procedures and best practices for consistent service execution and compliance.
• Provide technical explanations to customers regarding problem solving under guidance.
• Ensure service activity in quick response, meet target completion and customer requirements.
• Process parts requests and returns following procedures, ensuring parts are in good condition when handed to customers.
• Define services requirements (revenue, warranty or guarantee) related to customer requests.
