Capital Refractories Ltd. in Indonesia seeks a Technical Sales Engineer to drive sales targets for refractory materials, manage key accounts, and collaborate with steel and cement industry customers.

This field-based role requires frequent customer visits at steel foundries, iron foundries, aluminum smelters and cement plants, installation of products for trials, and proactive pursuit of new business.

Competenze

• Technical qualifications or equivalent experience in Engineering, Metallurgy, or Material Science.
• Experience of industrial sales.
• Ability to discuss all products supplied with all levels of customer workforce.
• Good communication skills, both written and oral, with clear reporting skills.
• Entrepreneurial skills, continually searching for new products and sales areas.
• Ability to work with Notebook computers with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Dynamic, extrovert, independent, self motivated and ambitious.

Mansioni

• Achieve sales targets per monthly and annual sales budget.
• Serve as account manager for routine orders from current customers.
• Identify and pursue new product trials from existing customers and new business from new customers.
• Conduct regular visits to existing customers to provide service and pursue new sales.
• Conduct regular visits to new potential customers and identify potential customers.
• Install products for trials or as part of service to customer.
• Monitor and follow up trials.
• Visit customers to resolve complaints or help solve problems.
• Help identify new products for the market.
• Issue quotations and follow up, help with credit control and debt collection.
• Communicate responsively with customers, management, operations, sales team, development, and third-party suppliers.
