PT SNF Polymers Indonesia is seeking a technical service and application support professional to act as the primary contact for assigned customers in the mining, mineral processing, metallurgy, or chemical industries. You will collaborate with Key Account Managers or work independently to address technical inquiries and ensure optimal product performance.

The role requires at least a bachelor's degree in Metallurgical Engineering or Chemical Engineering, fluent Bahasa Indonesia and English, and

Bachelor's degree in Metallurgical Engineering or Chemical Engineering.

Mansioni

Provide technical service and application support to customers, collaborating with Key Account Managers or independently for assigned customers.
Act as the primary technical contact for assigned customers and provide timely support for inquiries and application-related issues.
Maintain regular proactive communication to address technical concerns and support customer satisfaction and retention.
Support customer trials, testing, commissioning and troubleshooting to ensure optimal product application and performance.
Prepare and submit service visit reports and technical reports in a timely manner.
Escalate complex technical issues to the Technical Manager or Lab Manager and support root cause analysis and corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with technical procedures, lab guidelines, and company standards during testing, trials and field activities.
Provide technical feedback, field observations and performance data to support product improvement and development initiatives.
