Job summary

Fuller Technologies is seeking an experienced Field Service Engineer to lead installation, commissioning, and maintenance across cement industry processes in South East Asia (Jakarta, Bangkok, Manila). The role requires strong mechanical and hydraulic expertise, and the ability to direct multi-disciplinary teams with high autonomy.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in heavy industrial environments, experience with plant shutdowns, and fluent English.

Qualifications

Fluent in English (written and spoken).
Hands-on field leadership for heavy industrial environments.
Experience in cement or related continuous-process industries.
Proven track record in shutdowns, alignments and commissioning.
Willingness to travel extensively and dispatch on short notice.

Responsibilities

Lead field execution for installations, shutdowns, and optimization across heavy industrial processes.
Direct and coordinate multi-disciplinary field teams and manage site deputation and shifts.
Perform site inspections, installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting on heavy machinery (Kiln, Coolers, VRMs).
Conduct advanced mechanical diagnostics and RCA to maximize uptime.
Plan and execute turnkey maintenance projects through SAT and acceptance testing.
Diagnose hydraulic power unit and actuator issues on site.
