Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in after-sales service or technical service for machinery.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Willing to travel for site visits.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and after-sales service to customers.
• Troubleshoot, inspect, maintain, install and repair equipment.
• Visit customers to identify and solve technical issues.
• Provide guidance on product usage to customers.
• Coordinate with customers, technicians, engineering, sales and spare parts teams.
• Follow up on complaints and ensure timely resolution.
• Prepare service and maintenance reports and technical documentation.
• Identify spare parts and additional services needed by customers.
• Maintain good relationships with existing customers.
• Willing to travel for site visits when required.
