Job summary

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Experience in after-sales service, technical service, maintenance, machinery, industrial equipment, or a related field.
• Good understanding of mechanical/electrical systems and troubleshooting.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Able to communicate effectively with customers.
• Willing to work in the field and travel when required.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fresh graduates with relevant technical experience/internship may also be considered.
