Job description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Service Engineer to join our team at PT Era Mitra Perdana. As a Service Engineer, you will play a crucial role in Installation, maintaining and repairing and ensuring the smooth operation of our Medical Device and Laboratory Equipments. This is a full-time position based in East Jakarta.

What you'll be doing

• Perform installation, scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on a variety of our Medical Device and Laboratory equipment
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues quickly and efficiently to minimise downtime
• Repair and replace faulty components as required
• Maintain detailed records and documentation of all maintenance and repair activities
• Provide technical support and guidance to other team members
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the reliability and performance of our systems

What we're looking for

• Degree in Electromedic/Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related field
• Minimum 1 years of experience as a Service Engineer or in a similar role
• Strong technical knowledge and expertise in the maintenance and repair of Medical Device and Laboratory Equipments
• Proficient in reading and interpreting technical diagrams, manuals, and schematics
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
