Job summary

PT. Scanjet Production Indah seeks a dedicated Service Engineer to support Batam-based operations. You will maintain and repair complex mechanical systems, troubleshoot issues, and deliver high-quality service to clients, ensuring reliability and optimal performance of equipment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical equivalent.
• Must have visa eligibility for work.
• Strong mechanical background with willingness to develop electrical skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform marine-related service, commissioning (mechanical and electrical).
• On-site supervision, troubleshooting, warranty handling, testing.
• Prepare service/calibration reports and communicate progress to customers.
• Occasionally sail with the vessel as needed.
• Provide technical support and guidance on Scanjet products.
• Conduct risk assessments and follow safety regulations on site.
• Provide equipment training to customers and new technicians.
