CEVA Logistics is hiring in Surabaya, Indonesia for a permanent, full-time role in business development and sales. You will identify opportunities, visit customers, and present tailored logistics solutions across ocean, air, and warehousing services.

You will build a robust sales pipeline to achieve targets, with responsibilities spanning market research, prospecting, and revenue generation for diverse logistics offerings.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, networking, referrals, and market research.
• Conduct regular customer visits to understand logistics requirements and present suitable solutions.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Generate new revenue from Ocean Freight, Air Freight, Customs Brokerage, Warehousing, and Transportation services.

Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations and proposals
