Job summary

CEVA Logistics is seeking a Logistics Handling Operations Operator in Jakarta to manage pre-alert distributions, document reviews, and customs declarations in a fast-paced environment. The role involves ensuring data quality, monitoring status updates, and advising on compliance for international shipments.

The position is a full-time on-site role based in Indonesia, requiring meticulous documentation handling and collaboration with internal teams and authorities to ensure smooth customs

Responsibilities

• Check and monitoring pre alert distribution to related team / party.
• Check and monitoring open the file in our internal system.
• In compliance with the regulations, accept and check the instructions, information and documents that are required for performing the customs declaration and customs process.
• Control and monitoring document from liner / shipping line (Delivery Order), and customs response and provide the latest status to Customer.
• Provide all the information required by the customs authorities: act as an intermediary between the company and the customs authorities.
• Advise on the implementation of customs compliance rules.
• Provide recommendations and advice regarding our position and/or decisions on customs and formalities for the international movement of goods with customers or internal members of staff.
• Responsible for Data quality and data integrity pertaining to customs activities.
• Review draft PIB (Import Declaration) and PEB (Export Declaration)
