CEVA Logistics, based in Jakarta, is seeking a dynamic sales professional to drive business development across Ocean and Air Freight, Customs Brokerage, Warehousing, and Transportation. You will manage customer relationships, deliver tailored logistics solutions, and contribute to growth through cross-selling and contract renewals.

The role requires 2–5 years of freight/logistics sales experience, strong negotiation skills, and fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain, business or related field.
• 2–5 years sales experience in freight/logistics preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Aufgaben

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking and market research.
• Visit customers to understand logistics requirements and present solutions.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to meet targets.
• Generate revenue from Ocean and Air Freight, Customs Brokerage, Warehousing, and Transportation.
• Prepare proposals and coordinate with Pricing and Sales Support teams.
