PT BOSSCO INDOLESTARI seeks a Sales Marketing professional to drive new customer acquisition and boost water pump product sales. The role involves visiting stores, distributors, and project clients to grow project sales across industrial, factory, building, contractor, and related sectors.

You will present products, explain technical specs and advantages, negotiate prices, and manage debt collection while building strong customer relationships.

Competenze

• Minimum D3/S1 education from any major.
• Intermediate English (reading/writing/listening) preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Sales-focused with debt collection ability.
• Willing to travel for field visits.

Mansioni

• Find new customers and increase water pump product sales
• Conduct visits to stores, distributors, wholesalers, contractors, industrial companies, and project clients
• Develop project sales to industrial, factory, building, contractor, and related company sectors
• Present products, explain technical specifications and product advantages to customers
• Negotiate prices, create offers, and obtain sales orders
• Conduct debt collection and ensure timely customer payments
• Build and maintain good relationships with existing and new customers
• Conduct market surveys, pricing analysis, competitor products, and industrial project opportunities
• Create reports on sales target achievement and debt collection on a regular basis
