Job summary

CEVA Logistics in Surabaya is seeking a results-driven sales professional to identify and develop new business opportunities, conduct regular customer visits, and build a robust sales pipeline.

You will manage customer accounts, explore cross-selling of Ocean Freight, Air Freight, customs clearance, transportation, and warehousing, and coordinate with Operations and Pricing teams to drive revenue growth while maintaining CRM records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in logistics or related field.
• 2–5 years of sales experience in freight forwarding or logistics.
• Proven track record in business development and customer acquisition in target regions.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, networking, referrals, and market research.
• Conduct regular customer visits to understand logistics requirements and present suitable solutions.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Generate new revenue from Ocean Freight, Air Freight, Customs Brokerage, Warehousing, and Transportation services.
• Prepare quotations and proposals in coordination with Pricing and Sales Support teams.
