Job summary

CEVA Logistics in Jakarta seeks a proactive sales professional to drive new business in Ocean and Air Freight, Customs Brokerage, Warehousing, and Transportation. You will prospect, visit clients, and present tailored logistics solutions to decision makers, aiming to expand strategic accounts and strengthen relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 2–5 years of sales experience in freight/logistics is preferred.
• Experience in business development and customer acquisition in Jakarta/Bogor area is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, networking and market research.
• Conduct regular customer visits to understand logistics requirements and present suitable solutions.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to achieve monthly and annual targets.
• Generate revenue from Ocean Freight, Air Freight, Customs Brokerage, Warehousing and Transportation services.
• Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations and proposals.
• Manage and grow assigned customer accounts and identify cross-sell opportunities.
• Coordinate with Operations, Pricing and Sales Support to ensure smooth service delivery and timely responses.
