PT HM Sampoerna Tbk. is seeking a Retail Engagement Executive to lead in-store execution and partnerships across GT and MT channels. The role requires field presence, relationship-building with retailers, and active travel across Indonesia to expand distribution. Fresh graduates are welcome and a Bachelor’s degree is required.

The position is on-site 6 days per week with potential to relocate for field assignments and growth opportunities within the sales organization.

• Bachelor's degree is required with minimum GPA 2.75.

• Execute retail programs and in-store activities to boost product visibility and availability.
