Job summary

PT HM Sampoerna Tbk. is seeking a Retail Engagement Executive to bring our brands to life through outstanding in-store execution and strong partnerships across GT and MT channels. This on-site role requires frequent travel across Indonesia and a willingness to relocate.

You will own shelf visibility, expand distribution, and translate market insights into growth actions by collaborating with retailers and field teams. Fresh graduates welcome; Bachelor's degree required with GPA 2.75.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (S1) with minimum GPA 2.75.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Results-driven, proactive and growth-oriented.
• Analytical thinker with problem-solving ability.
• Willing to travel regularly and relocate across Indonesia.
• Valid SIM C and/or SIM A is required.
