PT HM Sampoerna Tbk. is seeking a Retail Engagement Executive to bring brands to life through outstanding retail execution across GT and MT channels. The role involves owning shelf visibility, building strong retailer partnerships, and driving growth in the assigned territory with regular field travel.

On-site position with six days a week requirement. Fresh graduates welcome; bachelor's degree and GPA requirement apply.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree with minimum GPA 2.75.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

• Willingness to travel and relocate across Indonesia.
• Valid SIM C and/or SIM A required.

Responsabilidades

• Execute trade programs and in-store activities to boost product visibility and availability.
• Build strong relationships with retailers across GT and MT channels.
• Expand distribution and ensure excellent execution in the assigned territory.
• Identify market opportunities and share insights to drive business growth.
