Job summary

Bukuwarung is seeking a Merchant Success Executive to grow our EDC installation base among small to medium-sized enterprises in Indonesia. You will visit merchants, promote and install EDC machines, and drive sales by building strong relationships and delivering reliable payment solutions.

Ideal candidates have motorized sales experience, a strong track record of meeting targets, and excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills for ongoing merchant support and expansion.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must own a motorcycle and SIM C license for client visits.
• Experience in motorized sales or canvassing.
• Proven track record in diverse sales sectors (cigarettes, internet, oil).
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage new sales opportunities to expand the installation of EDC machines among SMEs, increasing market penetration
• Negotiate with potential clients to generate sales and secure deals, ensuring growth in revenue
• Consistently meet and exceed sales targets set by the company to contribute to overall business objectives
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing merchants using EDC machines to ensure satisfaction and continued usage
• Provide exceptional service and support to merchants, facilitating smooth operations and addressing any concerns
• Collaborate with internal teams to share market insights and improve product offerings
• Document and report sales activities and market feedback to help refine sales strategies and approaches
