Job summary

Bukuwarung is seeking a Merchant Success Executive to expand the SME network by promoting and installing EDC machines, helping merchants enhance their transaction capabilities, and driving sales growth while maintaining strong relationships. You will travel to client sites using your motorcycle, qualify leads, negotiate deals, and support merchants to ensure continued usage of Bukuwarung payment solutions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Owner of motorcycle with active SIM C license for client visits.
• Experience in motorized sales or canvassing preferred.
• Proven track record in sectors like cigarette sales, order-taking, internet, or oil.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Goal-oriented with ability to meet sales targets.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for merchant relationships.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage new sales opportunities to expand the installation of EDC machines among SMEs, increasing market penetration
• Negotiate with potential clients to generate sales and secure deals, ensuring growth in revenue
• Consistently meet and exceed sales targets set by the company to contribute to overall business objectives
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing merchants using EDC machines to ensure satisfaction and continued usage
• Provide exceptional service and support to merchants, facilitating smooth operations and addressing any concerns
• Collaborate with internal teams to share market insights and improve product offerings
• Document and report sales activities and market feedback to help refine sales strategies and approaches
