Job summary

PT. Enviromate Technology International seeks an HR Officer/Coordinator to oversee field HR operations, employee relations, and communication with local communities and stakeholders at project sites.

The role requires 3+ years in HR generalist roles, a relevant degree, and strong English/Indonesian proficiency, with deployment to active project sites across Indonesia.

Qualifications

• Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s (S1) in HR, psychology, law, management, social sciences, communications or related field.
• Minimum 3 years as HR Generalist handling HR operations, personnel management, general affairs or PR.
• Solid understanding of HR administration, employee relations, labor administration and Indonesian labor regulations.
• Experience in social/community engagement with local communities and regional figures.
• Background in construction, EPC, oil & gas, power, energy or heavy project-based industries preferred.
• Experience managing remote project sites, stakeholder engagement, workforce logistics and project reporting.
