Responsabilités

• Field work and visiting customers to give reminders, offer solutions and negotiate arrears repayment while upholding the Bank's image and complying with guidelines.
• Engage and support customers through financial difficulty to negotiate mutually beneficial, sustainable agreements in the best interest of the bank and customers.
• Deliver professional service that helps customers solve problems and enhances the organization’s image; ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and Collections Operations policies.
