Job summary

PT PERSOL RECRUITMENT INDONESIA is seeking a Marketing Outside Trading professional for our Cikarang position, working on-site to develop and maintain relationships with existing customers and identify new opportunities.

The role requires at least a D3/S1 and 2 years in Marketing or Sales, with preference for trading or manufacturing backgrounds, and experience with B2B customers. English proficiency and a proactive, independent work style are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Marketing/Sales.
• Experience handling B2B/corporate customers.
• Willing to conduct frequent outside/customer visits.
• Able to read and understand technical drawings/design drawings.
• Familiarity with SolidWorks.
• Good command of English (written and spoken).
• Target-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers.
• Identify and approach potential new customers.
• Conduct regular customer visits and follow up on business opportunities.
• Promote and introduce company products/services to customers.
• Prepare quotations and negotiate with customers when required.
• Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order and customer handling.
• Achieve assigned sales and marketing targets.
