Job summary

MatchaTalent is seeking a Marketing Executive to develop relationships with Chinese manufacturing companies in Indonesia. The role focuses on business development, client management, and supporting technical sales for plastic raw materials and industrial solutions.

Ideal candidates are proactive, commercially driven, and capable of building strong relationships with corporate clients in a fast-paced environment. Location is Jakarta with on-site responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any major.
• 3-5 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development within manufacturing, trading, or industrial sectors.
• Business-level Mandarin and English proficiency.
• Experience handling B2B products or corporate clients preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, ERP systems, CRM tools, and sales reporting.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities from Chinese companies operating in Indonesia.
• Manage client relationships from initial approach through after-sales support.
• Conduct market analysis and monitor industry trends to support sales strategies.
• Coordinate communication between Chinese-speaking clients and internal management teams.
• Prepare quotations, support contract negotiations, and coordinate product deliveries.
• Conduct customer visits and maintain strong relationships with corporate accounts.
• Support sales presentations and technical-commercial discussions with clients.
• Prepare sales reports, customer updates, and market insights for management.
• Coordinate with internal teams regarding operational and customer requirements.
• Contribute to market expansion initiatives within targeted industrial sectors.
