Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, networking, and closing skills.
• Target-oriented with initiative, persuasive, and able to work independently and in teams.
• Minimum education: SMA/SMK/D3/S1, preferably from Marketing, Management, Business, or related fields.
• Minimum 1-2 years experience in sales, particularly B2B/project sales (valued).

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets set by the company
• Search for and develop new customers through direct sales, networking, referral, digital channels, and project prospecting
• Maintain and develop good relationships with existing customers
• Conduct product/service presentations, provide offers, conduct negotiations, and ensure closing process
• Actively follow up with leads and prospective customers until transaction occurs
• Understand customer needs and offer appropriate product/service solutions
• Prepare and submit reports on sales activities, pipeline, and target achievement regularly
• Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities
• Coordinate with related teams to ensure customer needs are met well
