Job summary

PT Samco International Trading is seeking a Sales & Marketing Representative to drive daily outreach, handle inquiries, and move the pipeline forward. You’ll make outbound calls, respond to buyers, and share product information while coordinating with the Manager to convert leads into opportunities.

In Bandung and nearby cities, you will support marketing campaigns, attend trade shows, and maintain accurate records in the CRM.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in sales, telesales, call centre, customer service, or frontline marketing.
• Strong communication skills on phone, WhatsApp, and email.
• Must speak, read, and write English proficiently; fluent Bahasa Indonesia.
• Comfortable with MS Word and Excel.
• Persistent, well-organised, and target-driven.
• Background or exposure to textile, apparel, or home-goods sector preferred.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls and send outbound messages to prospective buyers from assigned lists.
• Respond quickly and professionally to inbound inquiries by phone, email, and WhatsApp.
• Qualify leads, log details accurately, and hand over qualified opportunities to the Manager.
• Follow up consistently with prospects and existing customers to move deals forward.
• Prepare and send product information, quotations, and catalogues under the Manager's guidance.
• Keep customer records, call logs, and pipeline updates current in the shared system.
• Support marketing activities: campaign follow-ups, event invitations, sample dispatch.
• Assist at trade shows, buyer visits, and client meetings in Bandung and nearby cities.
• Share buyer feedback and market observations with the Manager on a regular basis.
